Objective of This Training was to educate the students of Fashion & Textile Design students by an experienced facilitator about the concept of collection development. “Collection Development” is a complex process from the step of taking inspiration to the making of Dresses.
Facilitator of this Training was Yahsir Waheed. Mr. Yahsir Waheed is one of the renowned personalities of Pakistan Textile & Fashion Industry. He is the member of Pakistan Fashion Council. He is a senior Faculty Member teaching in Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design as a Permanent Faculty Member.
He is the thesis supervisor at Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design from last 25-26 years of Fashion Design and Textile Design. He is running his brand “YWL” i.e. Yahsir Waheed Lawn from last 20 years, established in 1998, is the pioneer of the “designer” lawn concept in Pakistan.
