The discussion of this Seminar was about strategies for delivering small scale design projects by designer led teams. It presented an overview of the various issues to be considered when undertaking design build projects as a designer. Topics included; design management, design practice management, client management, project management, budget management and other professional/business issues and strategies. The discussion also explored the importance of the interrelationships between these topics. Taken together, the seminar offered a roadmap for running successful design project execution.

Mr. Farzadaq Abbas has extensive experience in interior design product management and execution. He has been working as Product\ Interior Designer at Adsells Publicity (Pvt.) Ltd Lahore. He is also associated with the teaching profession (University of Gujrat and Superior University Lahore).
